- The applicant must be of age 30 or below on November 25, 2026.
- The applicant must submit a portfolio of three published or broadcast pieces of work.
- You must submit three stories that were published or broadcast in the 12 months before 9 August 2026. These can be in print, audio, video, or multimedia format.
- For each story, write a short summary (under 200 words) to explain what the story is about and what impact it had in your country.
- The applicant must ensure that entries should be in English language. If not, English language translation should be given.
- The applicant must submit the verification letter.
